The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate all matters relating to the conditions of use and operation of the FLIPBOOK1.COM service.
Article 1 (Rights and Obligations)
- “FLIPBOOK1.COM” shall not disclose any materials related to the “User” to third parties without the “User’s” consent.
- The “User” may use the deliverables until the expiration date.
Article 2 (Resolution of Disputes and Competent Court)
- In the event of a dispute regarding the contract, it shall be resolved by mutual agreement in accordance with the principle of reciprocity.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the competent court for litigation regarding this contract shall be the court having jurisdiction over the address of “Dreamwebs”.
Article 3 (Conclusion and Termination of the Use Contract)
- The use contract is concluded when the “User” makes a payment.
- In the event of a contract termination due to the user’s change of mind, the service remains available until the expiration date. Due to the nature of the content, payments are non-refundable.
- Content access is automatically blocked on the expiration date, and all data may be deleted one month after the expiration date.
Article 4 (Copyrights and Miscellaneous)
- The “User” must use images or fonts that do not violate copyright laws and, if necessary, may only use images and fonts legitimately purchased for a fee.
- The “User” bears full responsibility in the event of a copyright dispute.
Article 5 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms of Service shall be governed by customary business practices.
